Located across the road from De Velde Estate at The Sanctuary Shopping Centre at Casa Bella, they honour pizza by staying true to the original tradition underscored in this anecdote: Their pizza bases are hand-pressed to every order, using imported Italian ‘OO’ flour, topped with only the finest and freshest ingredients, lavishly layered with mozzarella, and then finessed in their signature wood-fired oven until crisp and feather-like.
