Historic cafè from 1905, small and cosy. It is perfect for a fast espresso at the counter. Enjoy the wooden interiors and the nice brass fountain on the counter.

Located in the fabulous Galleria Subalpina, overlooking Piazza Castello, was founded in 1858 by Ferdinando Baratti e Edoardo Milano as a confectionery, then it became famous also for chocolate, candies and pastries. The place became a meeting point of politicians, artists and intellectuals as D'Azeglio, Giolitti e Einaudi and was awarded the title of Official company of the Real Casa. The restaurant, as it currently appears, is the result of the first reconstruction following the enlargement of 1909, designed by Giulio Casanova and Pietro Fenoglio. The result is a very elegant space characterized by a wide use of mirrors, marbles, bronzes, gilding and stuccos.

Caffè Mulassano is an intimate space patronised by Torinesi and visitors alike. Try classics such as "tramezzino" and the eponymous house vermuth.
