Nem Nướng Nha Trang - a nationwide famous Nha Trang specialty. And this is where you should head for if you want to taste this delicious food unique to this beautiful beach city. Nem Nướng Nha Trang here costs 45,000 VND per person but there are also other different foods with the price range from 10,000 VND to 100,000 VND. The restaurant opens from 7:00 to 21:00. There are two types of Ninh Hoa pork roll, fermented pork rolls fresh (nem chua), and grilled fermented pork roll (nem nuong). While the fresh roll is suitable for a souvenir, you should eat the fermented roll right at the restaurant. The cook wraps the pork roll in a piece of rice paper, together with slides of cucumber, green mango, carrot pickle, and some types of raw vegetables such as salad, basil, etc. After wrapping, you can use it with the special sauce, and enjoy the blend of fat, sweet, sour, and spicy flavor.
