Without a doubt the best chocolatier in Brussels and arguably the best in the world. Frederic buys, roasts and processes his own cacao beans to make his signature chocolates.

Chocolate, ice cream and waffles! Apparently the best waffles in Brussels, though the car stands are also often good. Ice cream is good!!
