Charming church just steps from the Duomo, in Via Torino. Why is she so beautiful? there is a false apse, Bramante's work, with a phenomenal prospective illusion. - 1.4 Km by foot (18 minutes) - Or TRAM 15 for 3 stops (15 minutes)

Walk inside and you might presume that the gilded apse at the end of the barrel-vaulted nave stretches back for at least 2 or 3 metres. Get up close and you’ll see it’s a trompe-l’oeil niche deep 97cm
