Best rooftop in town. On top of Hotel des Arts MGallery.

The 2nd best rooftop bar but my favorite one, it is in the top floor of a 5* hotel. They have a pool next to the bar, pretty cool (but you can't swim..). Music is good. View is decent. Drinks are delicious. Service is superb. I love everything about this place.
