Ballam Park provides a great day out for people of all ages, with two regional playground areas, shade and barbecues provided (free - bookings not available) in the large picnic areas. Walking track, public toilets, tennis wall and basketball ring also feature. Around 30 hectares of open areas and sporting fields including a premier athletics track, AFL, soccer and cricket. There is also a dog free roam area. The Park is also home to Ballam Park Homestead, an historic home and museum from the 1850s run by the Frankston Historical Society.

Huge playground which is suitable for both younger and older children. Skate park, zip line, BBQ areas and grassy spots for picnics.

Has a fabulous kids fortress & tunnels playground. And,Ballam Park homestead does deavonshire teas.
