In Södermalm Götgatan is the main pulse and definitely worth visiting. Area called SOFO, vegans, hipsters, beards, you name it, Södermalm has the most trend sensitive population for sure, thumbs up!

Nice walking street (on the southern part). Lots of clothing stores, bars, cafés, hairdressers, etc.
