Have you had Mofongo? This Dominican delicacy is a plantain-based dish mashed together in a pilon (wooden mortar and pestle) with broth, garlic, olive oil, then add your choice of meat. Eating here should be done family style, but if you still want to try a lot of options and have your own meal they offer a buffet option for dine-in or to-go.
