This Antebellum house is just minutes away. It’s also known as the Joseph Bryan estate, and includes three original outbuildings - slave quarters, smokehouse and ice house. Guided tours of Waveland historic site focus on the everyday lives of family and the enslaved people who lived and worked at Waveland in the 1850s.

This is a prime example of the Antebellum style. Waveland has two names the other being the Joseph Bryan Estate. The daily tours entertain both young and old. Some weekends there is a historically accurate game of vintage baseball on the grounds. Holidays are especially fun at Waveland.
