There's always interesting work at the Art Stable, which specialises in Contemporary and 20th Century British paintings, prints and ceramics by established and emerging artists. Open Wed - Sat 10am - 3pm generally, but check on website. 'The style of this gallery and the artists it shows.....would not be out of place in the West End of London'. Nicholas Usherwood, editor of Galleries Magazine. He's right. (ps excellent organic veg shop & cafe next door)
