Jupiter is so jupitery because of the water. Don’t just stare at it. Rent a boat and get wet. That’s what the money is for. Owning a boat can be a big expense. Renting one is a huge bargain. There are 2 sandbars where boats and people congregate like fiddler crabs at every low tide. Bring the dogs. They will make friends and so will you. There’s something about being on a sandbar island that just makes everyone so approachable. Motor up to the hobe sound nature refuge. There is a dock and a walk to the beach will feel like you’re on a deserted island. Stop by tiki 52 on the way home. Only your GPS will say that you’re in Jupiter and not the Florida Keys.
