great bike trail and walking paths by the water

This state beach is located in Warwick and was once the site of a popular amusement park. Some remnants of rides remain and the space is perfect for a walk on the water or quiet beach day. Free parking. No lifeguards.

Rocky Point Walking Trail is a 1.9 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Warwick, Rhode Island that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Rocky Point is a beautiful place to walk, lay on the beach, picnic or fly a kite! And it is right around the corner.
