This natural grocery store has everything a regular grocery store has, just healthier. Get there before 9 for the breakfast hot bar, which typically has eggs, bacon, grits, roasted potatoes, biscuits and gravy, tofu scramble, and various pastries.

It's close and it's a health food store so it is a bit pricey - Kroger on Alps is a more affordable option but you'd want to drive or take a ride
