This is the oldest continuously running ferry in the US. The ferry will take you to a small New Orleans Neighborhood called Algiers Point with a fantastic view of New Orleans and the Mississippi Bridge. $2 per person CASH each way.

the canal street ferry will drop you off at the foot of canal street and the french quarter.....check their website www.ferries.org for their daily schedule
