This is very central to the Hilton and Vessel Campana Hotel (located right outside their main entrance) It has a TON of shops, restaurants and an Art Museum. It is fun to see at night, all lit up. Shops stay open to about 8pm, some a little later. Very safe to walk around, very friendly shop keepers.
