The Paddock restaurant delivers unpretentious, wholesome fare that celebrates the quality of the local produce. A casual take on fine dining, the chef-hatted restaurant serves up seasonal creations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Executive Chef Simon Furley has created an à la carte menu which showcases the region’s finest ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce from the Scenic Rim and the surrounding region of South East Queensland Opening Hours Lunch – 12pm to 3.30pm (seated by 1.30pm), Thursday to Sunday Dinner – 5.45pm to late (seated by 8pm), Wednesday to Sunday 17 min drive by car.
