Smiley Creek is a bit of a drive from Ketchum, but if you are looking for some adventure and a gorgeous drive, make your way over Galena summit for some good food and great Shakes. There are some great camping spots across the road at Grand Prize Gulch.

Not far from Alturas Lake, just before you land at Red Fish Lake. Stop for an Ice Cream shake.
