Named after former Public Works Director Joe Perry, the park is part of the well-known Upper Pond Creek and is a fine location for those wanting to have a picnic in a tranquil setting. This attraction offers hiking trails and picnic grounds. A small waterfall is found here too!

Roadside waterfall (.6 miles from the cabin) with picnic tables. Trail head to the overlook. Across the road is the trailhead for the upper pond creek trail.
