This hit New York falafel chain from chef Einat Admony brings D.C. its first location outside of Manhattan. The fast-casual, all-veggie menu features two flavors of chickpea fritters (green and harissa-red) along with shawarma-spiced cauliflower, fried eggplant sabich pitas, and a rainbow-colored meze selection. Fries come with saffron aioli or harissa ketchup. Smoothies (date lime banana, tahini banana toasted almond) and seasonal salads add to the wellness vibe.

Fresh, colorful platters. Unfortunately Georgetown location closed a few years ago but DuPont Circle location on Connecticut Ave NW is open.
