We are the model of the new generation of centers and commercial parks with a built area of 140,000 m2 and 70,000 m2 of G.L.A., including leisure, catering, cinemas, bowling and recreational centers. Within these 70,000 m2, 18,000 m2 are destined to the large Alcampo area and the rest, 52,000 m2, to fashion, accessories, home, decoration, sports, information technology, white and brown line, specialty shops, national and international companies, Inditex Group , Foster's Hollywood, McDonald's, Burger King, etc., and a film complex, and a movie complex, With 12 rooms managed by Cinesa. All this supported with more than 5000 parking spaces and access by foot and public transport to the same shopping center. In the coming years, the Mataró Parc Shopping Center is scheduled to expand into 30,000 m2 for medium-sized specialized areas of the most prestigious national and international DIY, home and decoration companies, gardening, toys and car services.

Within a 10 minute drive you will find the shopping mall Mataró Parc. The underground parking gives you access to a huge Alcampo supermarket for your groceries as well as a diversity of shops.

Comercial center/Mall with different brands, Mediamarkt, Alcampo (Auchan), restaurants, and a park for kids at the top with elastic trampolines... Always successful with kids!
