This statue is situated on top of a hill and at night you can see most of Bloemfontein's lights. Really pretty.

Excellent place to view most of Bloemfontein. With a 8 meter tall statue of Nelson Mandela. Naval hill is also the only nature reserve park inside a city. Each Saturday you can enjoy the mycity/parkrun on the hill. Try and find the giraffes while there.
