Walking distance from the property - its great little hidden spot for breakfast . . or your morning coffee! They do coffee & food for breakfast and lunch - specialty coffee, gourmet takeaway breakfast, juices and lunch.

Very local - 1 block walk - great Breakfast Burrito !! Solid coffee - careful it can get quite busy - but friendly staff who love the locals !
