Awesome place to see Giant Sequoias while the Mariposa Grove in Yosemite is being renovated.

The road is a little rough, dirt with pot holes but I drive it in my Honda, so this is for adventurous types but when you get there you get Giant Sequoias without crowds. There are maintained trails through the grove. Also since this Grove was Logged in the 1800s there are a few giant stumps around, the wood doesn't rot.
