Our favorite brunch spot. Good food, good coffee, cute place. Lots of outdoor seating along the rail trail. (7 minute drive, also very near a light rail stop.)

Eight & Sand serves up breakfast/brunch in a casual, yet cool way. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, so if it's a sunny day, you'll have a great view of the city. Totally kid-friendly, and you won't wait long. Just 5 minutes away!
