If you prefer live entertainment, we would strongly recommend booking to see a performance at The Theatre By The Lake. With views over Derwentwater, Borrowdale and the Western Fells, you can enjoy great entertainment and drama on stage, and a stunning backdrop behind!

Beautiful local theatre. Well worth a visit. Likewise the old fashioned cinema in town is a joy bringing back memories of the past. It will show all the latest films.
