You will take the boat to the island for a 5 hours tour. You will explore Queensland's first penal settlement and be enthralled by tales of prison life, the hardships suffered by prisoners and many other stories. Two guards and 1 prisoner show you the life of the prisoners at a previous time.

St Helena was historically known as a high-security prison but you can now visit the island for a day or night tour to learn the history of the island from a band of performers on the island. The night tour provides a ghostly experience with stories of prisoners who it is said still haunt the island.

Considered Queensland's first historic national park, this island features the ruins of a colonial prison, once known as the "hell hole of the South Pacific."
