The Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) is the main gateway for interstate buses into Manhattan in New York City. The terminal is the largest in the United States and the busiest in the world by volume of traffic, serving about 7,000 buses and 200,000 people on an average weekday.
Greyhound buses leave here every day, great for travelling interstate for less than $100 and on the same day.
The 158 bus to NY is right out front on River Road and comes every 10 minutes at rush hour and every 30 otherwise. It is $4.50 to get into the city and takes 35-45 minutes. You can't beat it.
