It is an outdoor concert stage area in Botanic Garden, they do ticketed events such as concerts, and sometimes some of them are free of charge.

Riverstage is an outdoor entertainment venue in Brisbane, Australia. The venue occupies a 2 ha site within the City Botanic Gardens and has a capacity of 9,500. The Brisbane Festival makes regularly use of the venue. Brisbane City Council's Riverstage venue hosts many local, national and international concerts and events each year.
