One of the best restaurants in Sydney using only local produce and showcasing some of Australia's best wines and beers as well

If you are looking for a fine dining experience then this is the place to go. Courtney's Brasserie menu is defined by the freshest, locally sourced ingredients on the day. I recommend the degustation menu, 7 courses for $85 pp, with matched wines $135 pp.
