Globus is ideal for lunch or a small dinner, and have reasonably prices. Its a good spot for vegetarians, with choices like falafel, soops, indian samosa, salads ect. If you eat meat try srilanka chickensandwich (YUM!!).
“Blåvatnet is located about 4 km southeast of Sørlenangsbotn in Lyngen municipality. The water is known for its intense, strong blue color and is an easily accessible hiking destination for young and old. The trip is recommended as a summer / fall trip - and the blue of the water is at its most spectacular in the sunshine late afternoon. This is a trip that takes up to 2 hours each way at a leisurely pace. The hike consists of trails through mostly flat terrain, varying from plank trails to rocky riverbeds. ”
“Organice brews and international beers and ales. Students and artsy folk frequent this place. One day you might meet a lot of people playing board games, the other day some open stage night. A slumbering Sunday political or cultural debate while having an ecologic hot chocolate? My favourite spot. ...did i mention ecological, vegetarian food?”
“Tourist Information. Buses (long-distance buses), taxi. Port for Hurtigruten. ”
“Why not take a walk, run or perhaps try skiing in one of the local's favourite nature areas on Tromsø Island? There are slopes around Prestvannet that you can follow to the North or South point of the Island. If heading North, you can stop by Charlottenlund in the winter and try sledding down the slopes (remember to bring something to ride on). On the South end you may find the popular bathing destination Telegrafbukta.”
