It’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll be getting your workout! Red chairs on the front yard are for guest use- enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze! Very clean, bright space.

NEW eat in kitchen and updated 1st floor bathroom Built in the mid 1700's by ship wrights, The Fuller house remained in the family for five generations. It's nestled between Linekin Bay and Mill Pond with water views, large yard, gas grill & outside seating. Pets (2 max)are allowed with a $95 fee. Must indicate when booking along with total guests. The Fuller house retains the character and charm of a 18th century home. A five minute drive to Ocean Point or downtown. NO SMOKING/ NO VAPING!

There are breathtaking sunsets, panoramic water views throughout the cottage and a massive 200' long deep-water dock with a large sundeck and rocky tidal area. Bring your kayak or stand-up paddle board! There are some treasures to be found, such as buoys and shells, but despite the name, there’s not any Seaglass. Check-out this perfect, private Maine escape.

Linekin Guest Suite

Tucked away guest studio attached to main home that you will have all to yourself with basic amenities and a sky lighted bathroom. A few minutes to Ocean Point and hiking trails and less than 10 minutes to Boothbay Harbor. **Please note there are stairs that need to be climbed on the front deck in order to access the property. Use the directions provided as your GPS sometimes puts you in a circle around Boothbay!
