Ce chaleureux studio se trouve à proximité de la Basilique de Koekelberg et de plusieurs commerces (boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarchés, etc.). L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis l'appartement (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.

Salle de douche et wc privatifs situés dans le logement. ! Le logement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! Vos vélos peuvent prendre place sur la terrasse du jardin. Tram et métro à 200m. Très proche du centre. Parcs aux alentours. Pour le parking, posez la question sur sa disponibilité avant de réserver !
