They don't advertise the house wine but it's much cheaper and very good. They do have food on the menu as well which is great! Barsa is a lounge and tapas bar. Great spot to chill and have a few drinks. It has a large outside area and they have live Jazz every week- check out their site for more information. They do have one of the better happy hours in town as well!
