This is a tourist area. You can purchase souvenirs and items from local vendors. You’ll be able to see the historic Charleston buildings. There’s also plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Make sure to check out City Market where local venders sell their hand made goods. Restaurants run down both sides of the market and sometimes you'll be lucky enough to experience someone playing live music. There is plenty to do and see right on this one street alone.
