This is a fantastic place to walk along the coastal bluffs and sip wine at the Winery. Beautiful, breathtaking and spectacular setting just 10 miles north of Fort Bragg. Well worth the little bit of a drive. For close in, several wonderful wine tasting rooms in the village!

Bring comfortable hiking or walking shoes to walk in
Bring a change of clothing during summer months as it can be warm as well as blustery and chilly even when the sun is out and shining briliantly at all times of the year. Temperature usually does not fluctuate beyond 15 degrees year around. A good warm sweatshirt and socks usually works in the summer months when it is foggy out. Be prepared for fog in the morning along the coast during summer time. Best time to visit Mendocino is in the early spring, mid summer to late fall and through the winter. Months of May, June and July is when Mendocino experiences the most fog along the coast.
