"I stayed at Alex's place for 2 night while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The location was great for the price. It was a short drive (by strip malls) to the park entrance. It was exactly as described here. What stood out for me was Alex's mom. She was incredibly sweet and caring. It was a desert storm when I arrived, so she gave me dinner so I didn't have to go out. She made my stay at Alex's place memorable."
