Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cozy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes, and Vlissingen. Beach and Sea are a little farther. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is really too much.
