Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Mexican, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
