Great roomy and comfortable home located in one of the most desired locations in Wilmington! Set between Wrightsville and Carolina beaches in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area. Quiet secluded area within 5 minutes of anything you need! Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
