Could be a great fit for traveling nurses as there are multiple hospitals nearby. This family friendly location has a large parking area with plenty of room for vehicles/trailers and the patio/backyard are a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Stowaway, a lakefront cottage, located on Ambajejus Lake, is minutes from Baxter State Park, Mount Katahdin, the Katahdin Woods and Waters Monument and Millinocket. Stowaway functions like home while maintaining a 'camp' feel. Enjoy amenities that include a swimming area, paddle boat, four kayaks, an outdoor fire pit, picnic area, gas grill, full kitchen, cable TV, wifi and AC. Just a few blocks away from EV chargers at the Millinocket Library.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
