Meditate with Trees&Crystals in a historic Botanical Garden

Meditate with me Trees & Crystals in the “Orto Botanico Giardino dei Semplici di Firenze”. We will meet in front of the Museum of Geology and Paleontology, via la Pira 4, walking towards the Giardino dei Semplici, where we will leave the urban environment to immerse ourselves in nature. Here we will be surrounded by Monumental Trees and beautiful botanical species. We will practice a guided meditation with Crystals and the sound of Crystal bells under special trees, each time a unique experience. You will receive a Crystal as a gift to support your connection with Nature, facilitating the therapeutic effects of meditation. I will also provide you with a small notebook to write down the sensations and thoughts that emerge. At the end, we will share the reflections together. My goal is to help you achieve a deep calm and improve concentration and mental clarity, generating a widespread sense of relief. We will connect with Nature and the Trees of this unique and special place. In particular, starting to have a deep connection with the Trees is an important means to reach that balance with Nature, which is increasingly necessary.

This rejuvenating 2.5-hour experience combining yoga, meditation, and a calming sound bath is perfect for seasoned yogis and beginners alike. • Begin by choosing your spot under the olive tree that resonates with you, settling in with a brief breathing exercise to connect with the serene surroundings. • Immerse yourself in a one-hour yoga practice tailored to the group’s needs, ranging from dynamic vinyasa and rocket yoga to the gentle flow of yin or restorative yoga. The session ends with savasana, enhanced by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. • Enjoy herbal teas, fresh juices, and locally inspired vegetarian-friendly Tuscan treats, fostering connection and conversation with like-minded guests. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, reconnected, and recharged through mindful movement and meditation.

Immerse yourself in a meditative sound bath in the historic San Francesco de’ Macci Church in Florence. This deconsecrated church, built in the 14th century, serves as the perfect vessel for an ethereal sonic journey that awakens your senses. • We’ll begin with tea and a brief introduction to the project. I’ll also share how its unique architecture and energy influence my music. • Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll lie down, close your eyes, and relax into a guided 1 hour sound bath. This immersive experience combines electronic, ambient, noise, and acoustic elements to create a deeply meditative atmosphere. • The church’s architecture amplifies each sound, enhancing the experience with rich reverberations that foster a sense of inner peace and connection to the space. Afterward, we’ll reflect together in an open conversation, exploring the transformative power of sound, space, and self-discovery.

Yoga & Hypopressive Training in a Vegetarian Art Book Cafè

Embark on a journey of movement and mindfulness with me as I guide you through hypopressive RSF (functional system reprogramming) and somatic practices. These exercises are designed to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and activate your core. • We’ll begin with 25 minutes of hypopressive RSF exercises—breath-centered movements that work to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. • We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yoga asanas and somatic movement. These gentle exercises will open up your body, release tension, and deepen your connection to your breath. • We’ll finish with a 10-minute relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. After the session, you’re invited to stay for a delicious vegan brunch featuring my homemade kombucha (for an extra fee). You’ll leave nourished in mind and body, steeped in the peaceful energy of this one-of-a-kind space.

An authentic Olive Harvest Experience in the Hills of Fiesole. Step into the picturesque Tuscan landscape and spend an unforgettable day harvesting olives alongside locals. (Oct-Dec) You’ll be welcomed like family as we guide you through each step of the olive harvest, from laying the nets to picking olives by hand. Olive Harvest demonstration: Roll up your sleeves and join us in the olive groves for a hands-on experience. You’ll learn how to pick olives the traditional way while soaking up the breathtaking views of Tuscany. Tour & History: After harvesting, take a leisurely tour of our olive groves, where we’ll share stories about the history of olive cultivation and the significance of olives in Tuscan culture. Then we'll visit the 600 year old cellar where we store and bottle our our olive oil. Olive Oil Tasting: No visit to a Tuscan olive grove would be complete without sampling the fruits of our labor! Enjoy an exclusive olive oil tasting session with freshly pressed oils from our farm. Delicious Tuscan Lunch: After working up an appetite harvesting olives, enjoy a typical Tuscan picnic under the trees, with local, fresh ingredients and, of course, plenty of olive oil! Note: Harvest time is only from October to December, other months will be demonstrations, tour, tasting and lunch.

We will meet next to the Dome and from there go to our location where we'll spend three hours watercolor painting and diving into a world of colors and tones. I'll show the fundamentals of watercolor painting as we paint one of Florence's most iconic and beautiful sight together. If it’s first time with watercolours we'll start doing a few exercises to figure out what watercolours are about and how to use them. If you are already in touch with watercolours we’ll start right away getting the image down on paper and enjoy the many tones of colours. Watercolours are perfect for beginners and no prior experience is needed to create something beautiful right away. I'll be next to you during the whole session with useful tips on composition, color mixing, light and shade etc. My way of teaching is very individual so we'll start from your level and go step by step. Don't hesitate to join the course even though it's already booked by others - it is fun and inspiring to paint in a small group and very much a plus value.
