Great views ! very large living space. Easy walk to the beach, has a pool, Wifi, flat screens in every room , one bedroom on second floor with outdoor living area, kitchen, bath and second bedroom is on first floor next to pool with a separate outdoor bath......very secure enclosed parking and a quick 6 minutes to downtown Los Barriles a short drive to the waterfalls of Santiago or ice cream in San Bartolo. FYI we live on site with a dog and two cats but you won't even know we are there :)

Just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of the sea of cortez, enjoy this casual and laid back beach house. 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an outside shower. Feel free to lay under the palapa, go fishing and cook your caught. There's a big freezer for your cervezas and all that fish you just caught and just enjoy the life of a choyero, laid back and stress free. Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.
