*Duke has lowered the Lake for construction at the Wateree Hyrdo Station. Wateree marina is not renting boats at this time. There is still plenty of water in the lake to enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, and now this property has it's own private beach. This house is conveniently located just 5 minutes to restaurants/bars such as the Beaver's Den, Dock 97 and the Riverdeck. Cove living with BIG WATER VIEWS. Private dock and plenty of parking!
