Cosy 1 bedroom studio centrally located in Westport township. 1 block away from Recreation Centre with indoor pool, gym, hockey turf and courts. 2 minute drive to the main shopping area and Kawatiri Coastal Trail. Fully self contained and warm 2 storey unit at front of our family property. We do have a friendly family dog in fully enclosed run which will be kept away from studio but cats that may come for a visit.
