You also have access to a larger sandy beach a short walk away. The nice size back yard is flat, has a patio with views of lake. The downstairs is an open concept with one bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath. A king and queen are in the bedrooms upstairs, along with another full bath and an additional sitting area.

The very large lot with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the views of the lake. The large sandy beach is one of the biggest we have in our inventory.
