This stylish beach house is well-equipped and has been newly renovated inside although the bathroom remains unrenovated.

Absorb the ambience on the patio with a cool beverage in the summer months, or during winter keep cosy around the fire pit in the crisp air. Cookie the sheep is resident in the paddock, he loves a chat. Two neighbouring horses and a scattering of cattle are over the fence ever curious. Koalas sleep lazily in the gum trees, parrots and native bird life are transient throughout the year.

The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.
