The Villa is paradise for water enthusiasts. Private dock invites swimming, fishing, and simple pleasure of being of the water.

Plenty of parking and back yard with natural gas fire pit, comfortable seating on screened in porch with breakfast bar. BBQ outside with your own gas grill, shared stairs to your beach. Open loft with full bathroom, air conditioning throughout. Pool table and washer & dryer in the basement!

Wake up to a mountain view and have a warm drink on your private screen porch or in your cozy rustic studio which includes a full kitchen and bath with tub shower. Centrally located for skiers! Swim, kayak, hike, bike, play in the water, fish, relax. Nordic & Alpine ski in the winter, ice fish, etc! 20 minutes from Middlebury. Must love animals- your entrance crosses our yard and you may be greeted by dogs, cats and sometimes even a chicken or two. Friendly VT owners live upstairs.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.

Welcome to Overlake on Malletts Bay! The Cottage is an adorable, rustic, clean and quaint, one bedroom, one bath lodging with beach access. It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
