This fun split-level apartment is on the second and third floors of a historic home right in the heart of downtown Warren. Featuring 2 cozy bedrooms, a trundle bed, and 2 full baths the residence comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals and has convenient bar seating. Affectionately called the "Artist Loft", the third floor is light and airy with lots of space to spread out. Two private bedrooms offer a peaceful respite from busy days and both bathrooms have soaking tubs, one being a classic clawfoot. A lovely private balcony overlooks the garden and other historic homes in the neighborhood. The property’s beautiful backyard garden with a fire pit is also available for guest use and makes a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or great evening conversation. We live nearby and love to sit by the fire with guests from time to time. Cozy Bedroom in Historical Home (Student Rates)

We love share our home with one or two people. Our 1900 era Tudor home is located on historic, tree lined, Market Street, walking distance to art galleries, shops, restaurants, and Struther’s Library Theater. Warren General Hospital is less than a mile away. You would share the house with us and our cat Jack. The house is over 4000 square feet so everyone has space.
