Small suite of 4 private self catering rooms in Grade 2 listed farmhouse forming part of the historic site of an ancient Priory. The rooms include a separate kitchen, wetroom, double bedroom, and a dining room/2nd bedroom. The rooms are downstairs and accessed through the main house. There is off street parking, and secure bike accommodation. Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

LIVING SPACE: Living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory and patio with seating area. BATHROOM: Walk-in shower. WORKSPACE: High speed WiFi with a Lap Top friendly work space in the rear bedroom. Complementary Tea, Coffee and breakfast cereals. NO SMOKING PARKING: Sloped shingle driveway with a tight turn to the parking area.

The field has a mown area about the size of a tennis court, plus an Oval Cape Breeze House (open Easter -01/10). Easy 10 minute walk to The Roebuck. Sorry, no pets.
